Years on, that’s still the whole idea. We take time over every appointment, talk through what will really suit you, and never rush the finish. Good coffee, great music, and a result you leave loving.
And when the salon is closed, Coco — our AI assistant — keeps the door open. Book, reschedule, or ask a question at any hour, and a real person picks it up the next morning.
